“Spoke with Mitch after contacting 4 others in the nearby area. He was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Chose him over others because of his excellent reviews (all 5 stars) and was not disappointed. Mitch was punctual (+ or - 5 minus) and courteous. He scoped out the work required (without charging a service call fee unlike everyone else I contacted). He returned later the same day as promised with the needed materials. When the door knob replacement didn't fit/work, he left and returned with a replacement within the half hour to complete the work - replaced a door knob/lock combination on our back door and re-keyed all of our outside doors to enable us to only have to carry one key for all the locks. Mitch was careful to explain the process and his choice of product (who knew there were so many to choose from?). We now have new locks/keys and everything is working with ease. Mitch's prices were more than reasonable (and lower than the other estimates). And despite wrestling with an old strike plate, Mitch did not charge extra. I will definitely pass the word to my neighbors and friends. It is wonderful to find such an honest and knowledgeable professional who does such excellent work.”
