The menu is expansive but not overwhelming, and offers an impressive array of Nepali and Tibetan dishes not easily found without venturing into New York City. Reservations are a good idea, as the restaurant is small; the staff are happy to accommodate. It is best to go on a weeknight, as weekends can get crowded, but Everest is ALWAYS a top, unique choice for those coming from anywhere on or around Long Island.”
