After failed attempts myself of getting it in the 2nd floor apartment, I called Military Movers of America. Not only were the extremely professional and kind over the phone, but they were reassuring that they would do whatever it takes to make it work! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule within just 2 days of calling them. They called me in the morning to confirm my appointment and were on time with both the pick up and delivery of my couch. Both of the movers were hardworking, considerate, and above all else patient and crafty! They were able to get the couch into the apartment, and they did it with a smile.
