He is so kind and very genuine in trying to help you with your issues. I had gotten a ticket and he helped by explaining the alternatives, the repercussions of the ticket, what were my options, etc. He was so patient and well-mannered. It is welcoming to encounter a person like Jack, when you are dealing with something like getting a ticket. I can’t write enough of how competent and kind he is.”

Very clean and neat, never left a mess at the end of the work day, and wore their masks when inside the house with the current COVID-19 pandemic. Always making sure to check with us before big and small decisions needed to be made, their main goal was always to make sure we were going to be happy with the end product. And the icing on the cake? They were amazing with our dog (Harvey) always making sure to pay him some attention as they passed by on their way in/out. Love our new custom bathroom, and very excited for the next project we will inevitably be doing with Northern Built in the future!”

It is the only place Gelato or otherwise that didn't raise their prices due to inflation. That has to hurt them! Service is friendly and the flavors are good not hipster flavors to please the hipsters. I don't think there are any hipsters in the area. They just have real Italian flavors. I feel stronger, more balanced - both physically and mentally - and proud. Deanna takes beautiful pictures each time so you get to see your progress. Deanna is also lovely company - super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around. You really just can't beat time on the water. I read about it recently - called "Blue Mind" ("the surprising science that shows how being near, in, on, or under water can make you happier, healthier, more connected, and better at what you do").
