“I called Cathay Express on Wednesday for a possible move on Saturday for my mom, from one assited living facility to another. The reservations lady I spoke with was always courteous and professional. At the end, I received a quote and an arrangement to solidify the move timing when I knew more. When I did know more the confirmation process was painless. Pick up was right on time. Most vendors I've asked to meet me at the location have gotten lost and been late because of that.
