(May 13, 2017, 7:28 pm)This is a small but nice park by the river on the West Side Highway. There are basic tables and chairs scattered around a mid-size circular field of grass. There's a good view of the water and you can watch the sunset. It's not usually crowded so it's a nice stop on the high line.
