We were traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday this past year and woke up to find a nail in our tire. We were 3 hours from home, 5 hours from our destination. Thankfully the Firestone Complete Auto Care at 2159 PAUL JONES WAY
LEXINGTON, KY was a couple minutes from our hotel. This was the day before Thanksgiving, I called over to the business and told them of our situation. They told us to come right over and they would work us in. David and his team were incredible. They were so kind, made recommendations about the repair of our flat tire, repaired the tire in a timely fashion so we could get back on the road for the holiday. They did all of this AT NO CHARGE! If you live anywhere close to their business or are traveling through Lexington and have a problem- this is the place to go!!

My husband and I brought our 02 4Runner in and they made sure we were taken care of. We share the same vehicle and use it for work so they knew it was urgent that we got it fixed. And big shout out to Nick for doing everything in his power to get us the best deal for our tight budget. I’ll be taking any future concerns to them and would 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you!
