Alliance Theological Seminary

My experience at ATS helped root me in the historic and global movement of the church. ATS placed a great emphasis on understanding the Bible in it's original context (and languages), the development of theology throughout church history and the fulfillment of the church's mission globally. I was able to get a bigger, richer, view of the church than I had before obtaining my degree.

While ATS is thoroughly evangelical, I was not taught to evaluate the Bible or the church through a 21st century evangelical lens. I was taught to assess 21st century evangelicalism through a Bible/church history lens.
