Eric arrived at my apartment and completed the work swiftly, effectively, and neatly. To protect us, he also followed all social distance rules. He solved many issues with our lock and door and also provided us some useful advice. Definitely would suggest and utilize again.

The three front door locks on our new home were quickly replaced by our man after his prompt arrival. He provided us with alternatives and pricing ranges and was well-versed in what was practical, what insurance companies demanded, etc. He handled everything with ease. Though not inexpensive, fair. Completely professional in demeanor and ability.

They replaced the mechanism on a bedroom window that I had that would not lock. Before starting the work, the fitter gave a thorough explanation of what he would do and the associated cost. I wouldn't think twice about using them again.

This guy was my installer and he was fantastic. He showed up on time and performed the work perfectly. The install went smoothly and both locks were precisely installed. He cleaned up and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend the company.
