Absolutely phenomenal, treats their customer with a sense of urgency as a family member would for their loved ones. They did not hesitate to mail an important medication since I won't be there in person to pick it up in time. This is the kind of care and compassion you will never get at any CVS or Walgreens.

This pharmacy is one of three in the area but they are definitely customer and detailed orientated in the services they offer. The pharmacist Alex remembers people personally down to your scripts. Even if you forget a refill you will be delightfully reminded when they are delivered. Also reminders if you need updated scripts. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous also consistently same for many years that they definitely know who you are upon entering if you’re a regular. They also provide notary services, faxing and have a copy machine for customer use at a low .05 per page. You can also refill and pay phones here.

I moved new into the neighborhood about 2013 and was looking for a pharmacy. Sure I can go to Duane reade or CVS but I thought because this pharmacy is conveniently located in my neighborhood I would try them out. I have to say since the day I walked in there the whole staff has been very warm greeting me when I arrive up until I leave. They answer any concerns you may have, if they don't carry a certain medicine or item they conveniently order it for you AND deliver it to your door WITHOUT you even requesting it. They have 5 cent copier, $1 faxes, you can pay your cell phone bill there and some bills, I think they are a HUGE benefit to our neighborhood. If anyone is unhappy with their service they should express it to them personally and they'll be happy to work whatever issue out and keep you as a customer rather than lose a customer. Communication is key. We have to support our small businesses.

I have now been going there for over 2 years & notice that they really do have great customer service. At the front desk they are very nice. Also pharmacist always has all my medications done and ready by the time I go to pick up. Great place.
