Momoya Upper West

The atmosphere here is really nice and chill.
We were greeted upon arrival and ordered a few snacks. In hopes of catching a quick bite to eat while waiting on our 530pm appointment. Our waitress was friendly but sooo slow and kept forgetting stuff, I had to request spicy mayo 4 times. It also took a while for our shrimp / vegetable tempura to come out. All the food/ snacks were good & I would visit again with more time to dine.

First time at the original site at Amsterdam. Friendly welcome, warm and attentive waiters, excellent ventilation and visible safety procedures in place. The food served was excellent and especially the chirashi. I dined at the lower west side restaurant many, many times and found this location to be equally good in food and service quality, but slightly better in decor. A good place to stop for a good Japanese meal.

Clean and comfortable space with a striking wooden design on the walls and a modern fusion style Japanese menu. Decently priced compared to other typical NYC sushi places. Glad to have visited, thank you for the lovely time and friendly service!

Sushi 🍣 was super fresh and prices were reasonable. We had a Rainbow roll, BBQ Eel roll, Spicy Salmon and mAngo and avocado roll, Spicy Tuna roll and a Boston roll which is crab, shrimp, greens and avocado. Our waitress also provided excellent service and provided great suggestions. We had the warm chocolate cake for dessert which was delicious. We sat in their outdoor area and they were accommodating for a wheelchair. I will definitely be back.
