  After enduring the large chain pharmacies that destroyed the family owned ones on the UWS, it is a joy to be able to use Broadway Chemists. They provide the greatest customer service of any store where we shop. I recommend them to anyone.

  Amazing pharmacy. I have been to over 20 pharmacies in my life-small and large and this place takes the cake. I won't go anywhere else. Impeccable service. I have super minimal insurance and they go above and beyond to always apply a coupon or hop on the phone with my insurance company to lower the prices. I never have to wait in line. All my drugs are ready early. Best pharmacy in NY!

  Honestly, there is nothing as comforting to me as a visit to the lovely people working at Broadway Chemists. When I moved to NYC, it seemed that all pharmacies were huge and impersonal. I walked into Broadway Chemists, not knowing what it was, and was overcome by the kindness, helpfulness, and wonderful product (I love Nuxe and they carry it). They deliver, they explain what the medicine does, and they are kind, patient and truly exceptional. I had to wear a complicated back brace and couldn't figure it out. One of the pharmacists did it for me--so kind and experienced. I transferred all my prescriptions to them. Even the doctors were delighted, so happy to encourage small local family businesses. Thanks Broadway Chemists, you're the best!

  I would give Broadway Chemists ten stars if you could go that high. It is a great place, one of my favorites in NYC. It is refreshing to experience a business that is not only very efficient but also extremely caring and friendly. Thanks for all that you do and keep up the great work!
