In the very beginning of our journey of getting a date & collecting money Franchy was the host who guide us. This Saturday, she was beyond great. Who ever did Our family member makeup and hair, did a horrible job. I would’ve given 3 star but my heart couldn’t. She offer to fix the makeup without no hesitation she did it. She offer to fix the hair but the makeup adjust was just perfect at the moment. Franchy is a true definition of a great customer service person ~ super professional, communication on point & best of all a person who has sympathy & empathy. Thank you so much for all your support.
Ps: franchy is a great addition for your company. This is my first review even when using this establishment before.
