If you go there, I recommend to get the crack pie (or signature pie). It was very good, a bit pricy for the size of pie piece you get but it is good.
Also tried the cereal milk latte, it’s.. good, a bit heavy but good.
So happy there’s a Milk bar near my neck of the woods! While it’s not the flagship (which is a must see location), it gets the job done. Milk serves you some of the best soft serve in the game. Make sure you try it and get the crunch topping. Game changer. I LIVE for their shakes. We often pop in and see what flavor they have since they are constantly getting new ones. Don’t sleep on the cookies and cakes too. This place is a NYC staple.
Small place with no seating. Ordered the strawberry shortcake slice for around $11. It tasted subtle and nice, not too sweet and heavy. A bit on the expensive side but a good one time dessert stop.
I was already full when I came here, but I had to try several things. No regrets.
We got a cup of soft serve: cereal milk and milk bar pie twist with cornflake crunch topping. We also had to get a slice of the milk bar pie. Toshi was nice enough to let us try a bite of his corn cookie too.
Everything was great. It was some of the best soft serve I've had. The corn cookie was amazing. It was like a sweet cornbread cookie and was very unique. I don't even have words to describe how much I loved the milk bar pie. Just get a slice—you won't regret it.
It's a small store. There's a few seats but not many. We stood and enjoyed our treats because it was freezing outside.
There are many locations and you'll want to make sure to stop at one while in NYC.
