The tech that came, Hannah, was amazing. Super sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She worked very hard for my comfort and satisfaction while displaying a true happiness for her occupation. The 1-877 customer service line is so-so.

The gentleman was knowledgeable and professional and did the best he could given the limited time allotment of time he was given by management. This was the first time this particular person has been here . He needed time to understand my home and my needs. Management had him on such a tight schedule that I don’t feel he had adequate time. Unfortunately it may mean another trip here to handle issues.

Shane was awesome! He was on time, actually earlier than expected, and did such a great job communicating on what was going to be done, how long it would last, things to watch out for..such as my chickens needing to stay away from the solution for an hour and a little about the solutions, powders and sprays being used. I learned so much in just one visit and I appreciate Shane's professionalism and knowledge. I feel so much more at ease knowing these wasps and hornets are no longer going to be a bother to me around my homestead. Thank you Shane and thank you Orkin! Amazing service!

They have excellent communication. I received texts confirming the appointment, letting me know when the expert would arrive, and then a text letting me know he was at my home. Mr. Greg was very professional and did an amazing job explaining what he would be doing. He also offered to set up a complimentary termite inspection. He was very thorough, very professional, and very personable. Give Greg a raise!

We signed up for regular service, so we will see what the future brings. But if today was any indication, I am positive they will continue to be excellent.

I just want to say that my service technician Mr. Shane texted and alerted me that he was on his way. Once he arrived at my residence he texted and alerted me that he had arrived. I have to say that he was very professional and attentive to the questions that I presented him with. He then advised me of everything that he was doing and the plan for my service going forward for my home. Thank you Orkin for the quality service that you all provide, and Thank you Shane for your professionalism and service also.
