Needed a new contact lens prescription (because they expire annually).
Called ahead and got a same day appointment.
Did not need a Costco membership - I went straight in to the vision center (and then the Food Court after haha).
Receptionist and Doctor were both very kind and professional, I was in and out pretty quickly, with my new prescription and some good samples to try.
Excellent customer service from staff. Very friendly. Obstetrician was also friendly and patient accommodating to all my questions and concerns. I felt he did an excellent job in working to fine tune my previous prescription from another doctor that could've done a better job. I'm quite satisfied now with my new prescriptions and their service! Plus their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Thats something else to note, the staff doesn't try to push or upsell you in any way. They're very friendly and all about the customers satisfaction than trying to be pushy salesmen. Good customer service is becoming hard to come by these days. These guys deserve all five stars! I got my prescriptions in less than a week.
