This hospital is absolutely amazing ! Unfortunately i had to euthanize my dog and a friend mentioned this hospital. As soon as we got there, all of their attention was on my dog. They took her to the back and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. They came to us and explained the entire process with such detail and even made sure my family and I were just as comfortable! They let us spend as much time with her as we wanted and treated her with such love. Just today I received a card from the hospital stating they were planting a tree in her honor and I couldnt have been more happier. I appreciate this hospital from the bottom of my heart. Dr. Latney is the most amazing emergency exotics veterinarian in the NYC area. She cares so deeply, and she is an expert. She saved my ball python’s life from a really scary digestive impaction, and now he’s back home (along with antibiotics, supplements, and lots of helpful tips.) All of the staff genuinely cares, and it was wonderful to see so much love for my little guy, Albert.

We took our Beagle Lucy here for an infection and we’re incredibly grateful for the care she received. The front desk people were kind and empathetic as was the triage tech. We came on a Friday night but only waited about 5 minutes for triage then roughly another 20 for the first vet exam. Dr. Coffey was absolutely fantastic! You can tell she really loves dogs. She was also very transparent about the costs for the tests/procedures which we appreciated. She also was very thorough explaining the course of treatment and her care at home. Highly recommend and huge thanks to Dr. Coffey!

I visited AMC for the first time for my cat’s annual checkup. The visit went smoothly and they treated my cat with care. The veterinarian had reviewed my cat’s records prior to my arrival and took time to explain some new options to keep him in optimal health. I am very grateful!
