Lauren (founder of Acheloa Wellness) is a great resource for practical wellness and health advice. I've been listening to her Wellness Wednesday series for months now and I love her approach. She takes Ayurvedic principals and distills them into steps that are easy to implement and understand. Her professional and personal experiences make her easy to relate to. I've found that a lot of wellness resources out there are just fluffy ways to indulge yourself, but Lauren gives actual, concrete guidance to those looking to improve themselves and their well being.
