(February 16, 2019, 10:09 pm)Helpful, but not always present. Regardless I probably wouldn't have gotten a lot of things done without them and I really appreciate their help. If you struggle with ANYTHING (mental health, addiction, physical disability, auto immune diseases, etc) seek their assistance. Sign up for a counselor. Even if you just want someone to talk to, it's nice having someone check in on you. Especially when you feel there's no one else.
