  Review on the back of a 5 night stay.
  This hotel has a incidental and resort fee applicable.
  
  Really good location as it’s far away from the noise of Times Sq but only blocks away from popular landmarks. Ole & Steen are conveniently over the road offering great morning bakes.
  We had the corner suite that easily accommodated a family of four. The bed is apparently comfortable, I was allocated the sofa bed. That’s a double which I found to be fine. The hotel is tastefully decorated all over. The lounge on floor 2 is a great space to relax and socialise. Shame there’s isn’t a outside viewing area.
  
  A small kitchenette is useful but you do need to ask for a kettle.
  Bathroom, in particular the shower was one of the highlights.
  You can’t help looking at the views outside from the floor to ceiling windows, there is always something going on.
  Some hooks in the hallway would be really useful to hang coats / hats.
  Staff to be praised are front of house Rachel and manager Anthony who showed interpersonal skills to resolve some problems.
  
  Would recommend to others to book and support an independent business.

  Great rooms. Very comfortable beds. The only downside was when I checked in, I was told I would have $20 per day credit at their restaurant, but the servers didn't know how to handle the credit. Eggs Benedict was good...sides were kinda meh.

  Generally, I had no major problems for the 2 nights that I was here. The room was large enough and very quiet. The hotel smells lovely too. The experience was pleasant enough. I would stay here again, but it would not be my first choice. It was definitely great for the price. A great value when other hotel prices were surging. The location is convenient.
  The room's lighting was rather inconvenient compared to other hotels. Either full blast lights for the entire room or you have to walk across the room to switch on a lamp. They don't have dimmers either. However, I was surprised to find a microwave and a dishwasher.
  Staff was friendly when I was there. I was hung up on when I called once, and then there was no answer for a while. They have nice small items in the room like umbrellas that you can borrow or buy.
  The actual lobby is tiny, but the lounge is decent on the second floor. It has very nice bathrooms there. The overall appearance is upscale and modern, but there were stains on the couch. The room could have been cleaner. There was lots of mildew in a corner of the shower, and one of my husband's pillows had a stain or dirt on it when we first arrived. The shower drain didn't look that clean either. There were other small things like that like dust.
  Also, I booked through Expedia, and the hotel's resort fees were higher than was listed in my receipt, the website, or in my booking. It is around $45-46 per night and not $40 as listed.
  If you are interested in the free breakfast, make sure you go down to the second floor before 10. They probably won't bring it to you even though they say they will. The egg and cheese croissant was tasty and bigger than the baguette sandwich.

  Only real issue was the room we received did not match the picture on the website. I brought it up with the receptionist who completely understood the issue once she saw the picture. We stayed in room 2101 which looks identical to the picture used for a King Salon however, we were booked for a Premier King Salon with the difference being a complete wall of windows in the premier King Salon whereas the King salon has a break in the windows with a protruding portion of the wall that effects the added feature of the higher placed room. Again this was the only issue and not that big of a one for us however it should be fixed as it can be construed as misleading. Our favorite part of the Hotel was the service during the Happy Hour in the Lounge from Lady (That is her name correct?) who was very attentive and welcoming.

  I loved staying here! It was perfectly located central to my office. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was beyond helpful and gave me all the details. I didn’t know that my room would have a balcony so I was pleasantly surprised. And the room was basically sound proof, I didn’t hear any outside noise which was my favorite part of my whole stay. It was spacious and I loved my room. I never leave reviews but I just had to!
