Although I did not end up leasing, I love the building and the leasing agent was lovely and professional. At the time I was looking, the parking lot on RI ran out of spaces and unfortunately that was a deal breaker. I would definitely consider this building again in the future.

We absolutely love it here. From the day that I toured the apartment until now, we have received nothing but impeccable customer service. The island itself is so peaceful and the surrounding views of the city skyline and water is something you won't get tired of staring at.

The hallways, elevator and lobby area are always clean and tidy and the friendly staff is always willing to assist with your every need.
