Amazingly positive experience studying T'ai Chi at the New York school of T'ai Chi Chuan. Teachers are deeply committed and accepting, putting the student immediately at ease. Their knowledge and experience create a calm atmosphere while expertly teaching this ancient form. Always feel happy and centered when I leave.
