(February 27, 2019, 7:40 pm)I love this store. It’s more quiet and organized than the one on broadway and I always find more interesting pieces here. Didn’t get her name but the brunette employee was super friendly and a total sweetheart. Most of the employees at the other stores aren’t that attentive but she was very helpful to guests in the store and we had good conversation. Highly recommend this location over the other ones in NYC!

(August 24, 2018, 12:59 am)This brandy is very well done! I came from very far and this is definitely my favorite brandy Melville that I have been too! The lady in the change room (sadly I didn’t get her name) was so nice and helpful she grabbed the clothes off the mannequin because there weren’t any left. The manager (I’m pretty sure it was the manager) was rude and was a very negative nelly. I gave it a five star because the lady in the back was so absolutely nice and was very positive, and the manager didn’t pay attention to anyone so we didn’t really care, because she wasn’t bothering us, but she certainly did make a comment on how her life is horrible working in the brandy Melville store. But the clothes are what I’m going to be wearing so to me the service doesn’t bother me too much. It’s kind of sad how they only have one size fits all but I think they might do that because it’s all made to be short of really big. But I think they did that because it is targeted to one audience because you see brands being worn by older adults and that’s not what there expecting so that was there way of doing that, but then again what about the larger of smaller girls because they shouldn’t have a disadvantage just because of there size!!
