It was more of a review of someones bruised ego, Royal Aroma is an amazing company to work with. We started working with them 7 years ago for our Reed diffuser fragrances, after 7 years of working with them, we have our up and down like any other business. They absolutely bend over backwards to meet your needs.
The best part i like about them is the free samples, they willing to make any changes until you satisfy .
