Elise designed an extremely beautiful custom engagement ring for me. Working with her was a fantastic experience. She was thoughtful, attentive, and very communicative during the entire process. Had a pair of earrings that had loose clasps, so I hadn't worn them in 2 years. Walked into Lunessa and they had them fixed in less than 5 minutes, for $13! I'm so happy!! And their jewelry was beautiful, too....I'll have to go back when I'm in a buying mood. Thanks, Lunessa!!

We had my daughter's 8th birthday party here last month with 7 girls altogether. They have a cute room downstairs. The owner could not have been any more patient with the girls and they all left with 2 magical creations. The girls AND moms told me how much they loved it. I would do it again next year!

This place is as good as it gets. Really unique pieces, patient and accommodating team. Have bought multiple pieces here including a custom made one of a kind engagement ring. Can't recommend enough.
