I just renewed my passport. The whole process took me 7 days since the time I submitted my application to the time I received my new passport. A consulate representative called me 30 minutes after I submitted my application online (they called me twice, I did not pick up at their first call). I sent my old passport and a check on Saturday and I received my new one on the following Tuesday. I am very impressed with their quick and responsive service.
I went in in person today for my vietnamese passport renewal. The process was quick, and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
I got my visa to go to Vietnam fairly quick on a Tuesday afternoon. All I had to do was pay in cash-only around a hundred bucks and I was good to go.
The staff here were very kind, professional and accommodating of my late-hour application on a Friday before a major holiday. I am forever grateful.
