    A great post natal workout for new Mom’s! I took my first class 10weeks PP. It was so convenient to be able to workout with my baby. Not only did I find the exercises challenging but my baby had a great time being pushed around in the stroller. It’s also a great way to connect with and meet other new Mom’s!

    I recently took this class downtown (battery park) with my 3 month old baby. It was great! The class was a really good workout, and great to take my baby too. They kept the class moving (alternating between moving with the strollers and without to keep the babies happy. Overall and awesome class that I would definitely recommend!

    PROnatal fitness classes are amazing to help you get back into shape after baby is born. It is such a big help to bring your baby with you to class in your stroller and if you have to nurse etc it’s no problem because your baby is with you. I definitely recommend the classes in BPC and it’s actually a pretty difficult work out (if you want it to be- you can have the instructor alter to make it easier too!)

    I’ve taken both the prenatal and stroller workouts and love them. 1. It’s a great workout that focuses on your growing (bump) or shrinking (post bump) needs. 2. A great way to meet other moms/moms to be. 3. The trainers are so kind and knowledgeable. They will even hold your screaming baby while you do squats ;).

    I have taken their prenatal class while pregnant and now their stroller workout with my baby, and highly recommend both. Plus, it is hard to find a really good workout that is baby friendly, so I appreciate having this close to home!
