I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Arch Dental. Everyone who works here is lovely! So kind and empathetic. I had a deep cleaning which was pretty intense stuff, and they even followed up with me the next day by text to see how I was feeling. Just really really great. Highly recommend.

I avoided the dentist for over 5 years due to a traumatic experience prior to visiting this office. Dr. Reich took the time to listen to my concerns, talk through a treatment plan and approach that worked for me, and did everything possible to ease my anxiety. If I had known a trip to the dentist could be this easy and pain-free I would not have waited so long! Great practice for those that have had a bad experience elsewhere or are just generally anxious about a trip to the dentist. The rest of the staff as well from the hygienists to Drena at the front desk where kind and welcoming and made this a great experience.

As someone who is terrified of dentists and had avoided going to one because of this , let me tell you arch dental was the best decision I ever made. Every staff member makes you feel at ease and comfortable from the second you walk in the door. They are accommodating to crazy schedules and are a breath of fresh air to deal with . Both the dentist and the hygienist were very understanding of my fear and did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. They allowed me to take multiple breaks and gave me options for pain relief and sedation so that I could get everything done. I can’t recommend them enough , look no further you’ve just found your new dentist.

I had a great experience over at Arch Dental of Manhattan. Super friendly, professional and caring members all around. Dr. Reich was very patient and described in detail all of my dental procedures, which really put me at ease. Highly recommend!

If I could give this office 6 stars I would!

From the minute my husband and I arrived for our appointments as new patients the entire staff was very welcoming.

Drena at the front desk greeted us both and check in was super easy as we had done all our paperwork prior to the visit.

I came in for a full evaluation and cleaning and was surprised when the hygienist Sarah explained I needed a bit more then a cleaning. She was BEYOND kind, thorough and walked me through every step of the procedure taking her time to check on me and make sure I was comfortable and okay every step of the way. My husband had his cleaning done with Monserrat who was equally as amazing! Our cleanings were AMAZING! They took their time and did the work we both needed.

We both were visited by Dr.Reich who was so great! He also explained in detail everything that needed to be done, walked us through the current plan and the future plan for both of our dental plans! I have never felt so informed ever! I was with the same office for 4 years and have never felt so good about a visit.

Lastly, Linda the practice Manager visited us both, walked us through the procedures again to be sure we understood everything as well as all of our insurance questions.

All in all GREAT experience and will be sharing this gem with everyone!
