Mary Esther and Teba's New moms group is such an extremely nourishing and supportive community for me as I am going through an intense transition as a new mom. I think it's very important that every mom gets this kind of support and has such a safe space to process their birth experience and a new chapter of their life as a new parent. I have gained more empowerment, connection, understanding, peace, and resources for my baby and myself, and even made new friends.

Mary Esther is a legend and has helped thousands of families find confidence and community through birth and parenting! I took her comprehensive class way back in 2008 during my first pregnancy and it was invaluable. Now as a midwife in 2022, my clients rave about all her offerings. Highly recommend!!!

I can easily say Mary Esther’s birth ed course and subsequent new moms group had an immeasurable positive impact on our birth and early parenting. We faced some pushback from the OB on call regarding our birth plan, but wound up having the experience we hopped for.
