They are usually very busy and lack the employees to take care of anything that may be needed. I need to authorize a simple wire and it took extreme long. One thing Incannsay is that they are very nice, they should just look at hiring a few more bodies

Possibly the best I've ever been to. Dr. Vu took lots of time to explain to me both the short term proceedings as well as a long term plan, and the entire staff are super pleasant and professional. I felt very comfortable and confident in their care.

I have been going to Chelsea Dental Group for a couple of years and have always had good experiences. They are very efficient and it is a well run office.

The office seems more relaxed and calm than the previous dental office I’ve been with. Dr. Vu is great. She took a lot of time to explain the procedure and made sure that she understood my concerns.
