MPG Parking (MP Hudson)

I was worried about the ratings but i had a good experience with the nice staff. It did take longer compared to some other lots I visited past few weeks but it's not terrible.

I would suggest saving extra 10-15min.

Extremely sutisfied. I have a Tesla and can't find place to park next to Hadson yards, none of them take a Tesla. MPG doing great job! When I arrived Sunday day time it was a lot of cars, but we get in fast, left a car right away and when come back wait time was 3 minutes. Paid through app and charge $10 for oversize, but with this service I agree to pay extra. Good job. Elevator right in the mall. Convenient and easy.

Excellent parking garage and very near the Javits Center.

The staff were quick and efficient. They park cars. English is often not their native language. Calm your expectations. They do the job and they get it done professionally. Respect is a two way street.

Cars will get checked by security before entering the ramp with a mirror sweep under the car and a quick look in the trunk. Standard procedure. Done efficiently.

Be ready to tell them when you need the car back. Do not fib, just tell them and they will have it parked in the best spot to grab it at that time. They are hustling at times to move a lot of cars. If you try to cheat the system for whatever reason, it screws up the system. They also have rush hours and even rush minutes several times a day. If you feel you are waiting, don't blame the attendants. NYC or Dallas or Boston, hold ups are the results of customers most often. Ten of us showing up, coming from the same event, will often cause a bottleneck for a bit. Have your ticket. Have your phone ready if using the app. Also, reread that fibbing thing about your return time.

Best deals are on the app, but the app has a little learning curve. Be careful to not just hit the booking button, but set the actual times you arrive and depart. Otherwise, issues. Not big, but it will slow down the process. Not everyone runs the computers, so a booking issue may take a moment to resolve until the guys who can fix it are back from grabbing a car.

I would put these folks in my top five of garages around the country I use on business trips. I highly recommend them.
