  I’m so glad I gave this a try - will be my go to, cheaper than my local markets with a big selection of great brands - groceries arrived in an hour!! Bagged up carefully , glass items in bubble wrap. Delivery guy was really friendly which is a bonus :)

  This place is bonkers, in the best way. We placed an order (of 14 cases of seltzer no less) at 11:06 pm. At 11:29 pm they were downstairs with it. Unbelievable. And they provide you with real-time updates. 6 stars if I could.

  Web UI is a bit (a lot) janky, but with a bit of persistence you will find good stuff to fill your cart. Feels like web 1 (think Craigslist) but really slow. Didn’t even try on mobile. Payment and order submission is a hot mess.
  The isles are a bit disorganized and arbitrary. Like there’s three ways to click through to the same meat section, but they are all labeled as if different sections.
  
  Anyhow, for me delivery was *super prompt* and same day. All the groceries were fresh and great quality. No dented cans. Everything I ordered in stock. Despite the web experience, those four points are worth 5 stars. Hard to find grocery delivery in my area that does all that properly.

  Wow! I’m so pleased with my first experience using boxed market. The shopping process was super smooth; the delivery was on time and Jose was so gracious and polite - he brought my bags up the stairs; the products were well packed and felt like someone really cared. I would recommend this service to anyone.

  More than 5 stars. Customer service is top notch and the delivery staff have a good attitude. The one salient thing I mention to friends is: Understand (and get comfortable seeing) 'authorization holds' on your credit card, because Boxed Market has to operate with AH.
