I bought my engagement ring from Ada Diamonds and am very happy with it. Julia was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was able to answer all my questions, always responded extremely quickly, and never made me feel pressured to purchase something. Definitely recommend

Ada Diamonds, and Teresa in particular, were absolutely fantastic. I proposed about two weeks ago, and my fiancée is still taking pictures of her ring - she really loves it! To be honest, when we started looking for a ring, I found the whole diamond industry kinda bewildering. I am really glad we found Ada Diamonds. Teresa was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped us through the process. The ring came out much better than I ever imagined, the price was less than I'd budgeted for, and I also like that they use lab diamonds (especially that they're more sustainable and ethical). I'd recommend Ada Diamonds to any of my friends.

What a breeze and pleasure the entire process was with Ada Diamonds in finding the dream diamond in our budget!! We saved $$$ AND went bigger and better with a lab diamond. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and responsive. She also graciously hosted my husband and I in their NYC showroom where we were able to view stones and settings and have all of our questions answered. She made the whole process from start to finish so seamless!
My engagement ring and eternity band are beyond beautiful! The diamonds and the craftsmanship of the settings are incredible.

My experience with ADA was excellent! The diamond quality and customer service is unmatched. I worked with Jessi from the San Francisco office and could not have felt more taken care of. I began this process knowing absolutely nothing. Jessi was exceptional with communicating and educating me on a variety of ring characteristics. Jessi was able to provide me with video, images, and certification print outs for over a dozen different diamonds.

Even through a pandemic, the entire process was seamlessly coordinated through email and zoom conversations.
