My laptop hinge unexpectedly jammed the day i had to travel, making it impossible to close and bring with me. Called them, brought in the computer, and they were able to get a temporary fix done within 5 minutes! Absolute lifesaver.

What a great find in the neighborhood! My neighbor highly recommended them and now I do the same. I walked in with 5 old laptops and Daniel was so patient in helping me with them. I listened as he patiently advised someone on the phone about a computer problem. They know what they're doing and they're fairly priced. Plus, they are good guys. What could be better? Support them with your business! Update: I needed a new Macbook Pro battery and keyboard. Why go to the Apple store when you can go to Shine and get personal service and have it done quickly IN HOUSE? THEY ARE GREAT AND FAIR! Support your local services and give them your business!

Firstly, they did a great job fixing a phone for me. Secondly, they spent a long time trying to recover data from an ancient computer and in the end had to give up. When I asked them how much I owed them for their time they said "don't worry about it" and offered to break it apart to make it easier for a recovery specialist. They're just great.
