    My dog was in a lot of pain and needed same day end of life service. My regular vet told me an at-home service would be easiest on my dog. Three other services could not do it that day, but InstaVet was able to send their person from Queens to Westchester where I live, within a few hours. Dr. Fisse and her assistant (I believe her name was Susan) were utterly competent, caring and sensitive. The people manning the phones and helping me submit the information while I was having to go through the awful process were also completely understanding and kind. I am very, very grateful to all involved at InstaVet, particularly Dr. Fisse and her assistant. Despite going through the repeated stress of what they do, they are able to sustain great sympathy for the dog and the people involved.

    We were so excited when we saw that this service visited our building on a monthly-ish basis. We easily scheduled an appointment online for vaccinations and microchipping of our new kitten in December. I selected a window between 6-7pm during scheduling. I was never told that the appointment would be at a different time than requested. The vet did not arrive until nearly 8:30 pm. He did not conduct a full exam of our kitten - he did not examine her feet/claws, teeth, ears, feel for a hernia, ask about diet/bathroom habits, or anything else that is included in a routine veterinary exam (despite the fact that we were charged an examination fee). Second, he did not bring the microchip with him. At the time, he said that the kit that had been shipped did not have a working scanner. Of course, mistakes happen, but we should have been informed of this prior to the appointment and given the option to reschedule when all the requested services could be provided. We were assured that they would come back the following Thursday to insert the microchip. Thursday rolls around and no one shows up. I reached out to customer service and was told the vet that came to my residence would reach out to me. Needless to say that never happened. Given the lack of an actual exam (which we paid for), failure to bring the microchip on the initial visit, failure to return when promised with a microchip, we ended up taking our kitten to another reputable vet to ensure she gets proper and timely care.

    Clearly there were some communication issues, but it was more on the part of the individual vet than the scheduling/billing team at Instavet. After speaking with Eli in customer service about our experience, we found out that the individual who had seen our kitten is no longer with the company. He also offered to schedule a new visit or work with us to improve the experience going forward. Despite the initial hiccups, the back end customer service was sincerely appreciated and I think shows how much they do value their customers. We would be willing to try the service again especially knowing we would be matched with another vet.

    I love Instavet they are very knowledgeable highly experienced and professional veterinarians. They do all my Fur babies vaccinations they also run test by drawing blood with quick results. They will prescribe medications if needed they basically do everything that a animal clinic or hospital will do without taking ur pets to see them..
    I personally have two dogs with High anxiety so it works out perfect for me and my animals..
    my animals love their personal Veterinarian Randi ..
    Randi is an amazing veterinarian.. she is highly knowledgeable and experienced and answers all questions and concerns.. she’s warm and loving and easy to talk to and loves all animals.. she showed my 2dogs and 2 cats so much love.❤️. I’m very comfortable w/ her and I trust her w/ my fur babies .. they love her as well..
    I highly recommend Instavet .. They have made my life and my fur babies life so much easier..
