I had an appointment and was promptly checked in upon arrival at the shop. I was having a full set of tires (ordered from tire rack) installed. I received an excellent price as an AAA member. The waiting area was clean and provides a view of the mechanics working on the cars. They installed the tires within 1 hour and didn't try to add additional services. Overall, it was a stress-free experience. I recommend this location and will not hesitate to bring my car here again.

In this day and age, the word "Quality" has nothing to do service. When you go to the average mechanic their level of interest in offer good service is absent, but NOT at AAA Crofton Car Care.

I took my car to Passport BMW and they are the worse!!! They price gouge you and work as slow as they possibly can!!! AVOID THEM!!!
