This is an excellent hotel with very understanding staff! It could easily be a 4-star hotel in my book! No charge for adding someone to our room at the last minute who had a cancelled flight! They had the bedding ready for us by the time we got back from picking him up at the airport and they left it right outside the door because we left the do not disturb sign on the door. They even threw in a complimentary breakfast buffet for him (normally $18)! Thank you SO much, Holiday Inn and staff! You ROCK! You made the difficulties of this crazy holiday travel season so much easier and more pleasant to manage!!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the start, the kind folks at the front desk were very welcoming. I had made a huge mistake and booked my room for the wrong night, but they fixed me up with no issues whatsoever. I'm very grateful for that.

The lobby of this hotel has phenomenal atmosphere and is very welcoming. It's a bit of an indoor courtyard. The room was also nice. I had a terrific night of sleep, and the bed was really comfortable.

Beautiful hotel lobby and airport shuttle service. Rooms were very comfortable and nice. The pool area and workout areas looked good as well and easy to find on the main floor. Breaksfast starts around 6. I had to leave at 0430 so I didn't get to part take but They did have coffee available. Friendly staff and quick check-in check-out.

Great hotel, nice rooms. Our check in/out was so easy. Great place for a conference, lots of space, rooms, hallways and ballrooms. They have a really nice indoor pool so bring your swim suit!
I took a star because it was incredibly hot in the hallways and they have low ceilings in the hall. The low ceilings in the hallway made me feel claustrophobic.
We ate and got drinks in the restaurant. $35 for 2 Malibu breezes, bbq sliders and onion rings. The food was really good after a long day of travel.
