When I was shopping for a hot tub I found it to be very difficult at first. Do I do fresh water or salt water? What size do I need ? Maintenance needed ? Pool Mart’s staff guided me through the entire process. Occasionally I am not sure what is need for maintenance and I stop by to see Michael in Lockport. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He has everything I may need including his expert advice. My back issues have been greatly reduced since purchasing my HotSpring Grandee. I highly recommend the HotSring Line of products and the staff of Pool Mart.
Bought our Hot Spring Hot Spot Relay from Matt in Lockport. We love it and the Simple Blue watercare system is so easy! Highly recommend!
I bought our hot tub from Matt at Pool Mart and couldn’t be happier. The service and personal attention are second to none. Everyone there is so helpful and am always greeted by name. I would highly recommend stopping in for any pool or hitting needs.
Upate: went into poolmart to get my winter cover that was backordered. Matt saw me and gave me 2 new hoses that are much better quality than I had. Very happy and glad they stand behind their product.
Bought a pool package from Matt this spring. Overall happy with the pool. 4 stars because of some of the parts that come with the pool are the lower end of quality. See Pic of hose that is less than 4 months old. Didn't expect to have a fountain coming out of it this soon. Also as a tip I never thought of not having shut off valves from the pool to the filter. They are not included but should be. Also was talked out of bottom drain in the pool. When the pool guy installed the pool they said that they are beneficial . Would have saved me from vacuuming every week. Last they included the simple blue maintenance system. They gave me enough product to open the pool. When I took my sample to them I needed more calcium and raise the alkalinity. 44 bucks later I had it adjusted. Thought they would have included enough or given me the extra to cover it. Overall small gripes but they are helpful. I still would recommend them.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will answer any questions. I bought a pool last summer from Pool Mart and upgraded to a Simple Salt system and it was a great decision. Low maintenance and pool always looks great, even with all the rain we are getting this summer. Skin is never dry when we get out and it does not have that strong chlorine smell.
