Super friendly staff. They always help with any issues with insurance or getting scrips from doctors. A very short wait time. A truly great pharmacy.

Amazing service! It's exceptionally fast, they are so friendly, and so knowledgeable.... whether im sick or there for my monthly medications I never wait, I'm greeted with a smile by all staff, and the pharmacists (Deena and Kim) have always been able to answer any questions I have most of the time on the spot.... and if not they are ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to find out. This will be my forever pharmacy as long as it's here!!!
Needed a prescription for my son's dental procedure. They handled it quickly and so easily....even for an out of state customer! So nice to have a place in Newfane that can take care of residents and visitors.
Went there for the first time today and won't go anywhere else again. Such a great experience. The pharmacist was quick, friendly, helpful. She knew my kiddo was sick and told me she'd call me when it was done so I could just go through the drive thru. Done in less than 20 mins (and most of that was waiting for the Dr) If I didn't live close, I'd drive to come here!
