This place was phenomenal service I came in to get pressure for my tires it ended up almost being flat they brought me in right away fixed everything and it was such friendly and speedy service. They have saved my car so many times from me getting ripped off at Firestone getting charged 2k, to coming to ntb w same problem and all I needed was an alignment. Such great service and everyone should come here!

I've used them for the past 2 years. Generally very good, although pretty pricey. Their waiting room could use a vending machine that doesn't dispense expired drinks. It could also have cleaner restrooms and a wider selection of coffees/teas/hot chocolates to choose from. Another minor quirk I've had is that the mechanics don't use a paper mat as a carpet when entering the car like many other places. This dirties up the carpet quite a bit. I don't mind it so much but it has happened to me consistently at this branch and some others might mind it a lot more than I do. Staff is usually very friendly.

Dallas and his team took excellent care of all of needs today. Mario is an incredible brake tech and fixed my issues quickly, and got my vehicle running smooth. I highly recommend this location. 10/10
They are a very busy shop, so calling ahead is important.

Having this NTB service 5+ of our cars over the years, and given my most recent experience I'm 100% comfortable giving them 5 stars. Today I showed up before they opened with no appointment because I had developed a leak. Seeing me pulling up they opened early, invited me in (happily) and said their would try to work me in despite the fact they were fully booked for the day.
