This gym and the personal training program has changed my life. I have finally put myself and my health first. Chris, Pat, and Sam truly care about helping you succeed in your personal health goals. They are there to support you in your journey every step of the way.

I joined Chris Fit about 4-5 weeks ago and I have already had amazing results that exceeded my expectations.

From the first day I joined Chris and team were extremely helpful, understanding and flexible with my training. They have an extremely clean workout environment and I felt safe the entire time i was there.

I am impressed by the team and the facility and although I am flying back to my home in california tomorrow, I will be continuing my training remotely and when I am back in town I will resume in person training as this has been one of the best experiences of my life.

Chrisfit is an awesome gym, especially if you like to train with more than just the basic equipment. Chris is an excellent trainer and the other staff and members are very friendly.
