  Where do I begin? This hotel is in my hometown so I've stayed there many times. I'd love to give the 5 stars from previous stays because the food was amazing, the hotel is very clean, and the room and view of the river is amazing! But our last stay I'd give the customer service for this place a 2 star! I forgot to give my AAA number and they wouldn't allow me to do this after it was booked. Our friends got the same exact room for $35 cheaper. The second bad customer service was from the call to the manager asking to provide this number. Just straight out rudely said no. The third was check in. Very rude and wouldn't give us the room we wanted from your pictures of the river view room. False advertisement if you ask me! Said special accommodations were already made for all the others....most likely a lie. Last but not least the new pay to park! Absolutely ridiculous! You want people to come to your hotel but you charge to park? That's one thing that turns me away from staying there.

  Very nice and clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice bar. We haven't had the breakfast yet, but have a feeling it's going to be great. Our King suite is spacious with a kitchenette and fabulous bathroom including a separate shower and jacuzzi.

  I have been coming to the hotel for many years. The hotel has always been kept clean and maintained extremely well. If you want top of the line customer service with staff that will always go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable just stay here for 1 night. What’s even nicer about this hotel is the view in the summer.

  They give you a free breakfast and I mean breakfast. Eggs, waffles, toast, bacon, home fries, orange juice coffee. Superb!! The restaurant staff was also amazing, and the hotel staff as well. If you stay anywhere I recommend here on the river side.

  Nice hotel with a good view of the river. I stayed there two weeks ago. I'm writing the review now because I was thinking about that mushroom pizza again. I was absolutely surprised by the flavor. I was expecting a typical hotel pizza. Definitely not the case. This was a benchmark pizza. Going forward, this pizza will be the benchmark how others will be judged.
