Despite saying my government name incorrectly multiple times, I would use them again in the future. They were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle within two days. I greatly appreciate the mechanic taking the time to explain everything and answering my questions. Also the price was very reasonable for my repair. Cash and credit cards are accept here.

We drove from iowa and lost heat in the car around Cleveland on Saturday 10-27-23. They were awesome getting us in last minute on Tuesday 10-31-23 and had us up and going by 3. They pretty well knew what was going on and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced for last minute work, and we got home with heat, which was a good thing because we ran into blizzard conditions in Ohio and Chicago!

I had a very positive experience with this mechanic shop. Very honest and top quality professional work. The owner was quite the character! This would make an awesome reality show! I would definitely recommend!

Like a few of the other commenters we had occasion to ask Goodguys Automotive for help with our Subaru Outback not starting while visiting Niagara Falls as part of a long road trip. Goodguys were willing to help us out immediately. They diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repairs on the spot and rescued our vacation. Can’t say the same for the local Subaru dealer that said we would have to wait 2 weeks for their help. Ridiculous when we were on vacation hundreds of miles away from home.

Kristine was absolutely amazing. Had a sputtering engine 2 hours away from our hotel in Niagara and she was able to help figure out a plan for us. when we arrived she was cheerful, funny, and helpful. she even offered us a ride to our hotel!! staff was able to diagnose our issue quickly and get us back on the rode home. Small shop but amazing and trustworthy service!
