Great customer service from Sean Parnell. Got a $100 credit bc the spa cover lifter did not clear our porch ceiling. They took it back. Thank you!

Visited this store about a month ago. I was interested in the Big Green Egg. When i walked in, this older white haired gentlemen helped me out. He spoke from experience as he had a green egg himself. Because of him i pulled the trigger and made the purchase. absolutely no regrets. Service from this store was top notch, and my wife is happy because i cook dinner every night on this thing!

Great service. Great variety. The staff at RW greeted us immediately on entering. After answering questions about barbeque grills, we selected one and were quickly checked out. Completely smooth process. Would definitely go back!
