(April 20, 2018, 7:18 am)Going to Before & After fitness is great. Working with Joe is even better. I am a runner at heart and Joe works around my work and running schedule. The gym is extremely clean and I love the pin access for early morning or late nights. If you want the most value from your gym this is the place.

(April 28, 2017, 9:52 am)Joined last year, love the small group of people so machines are always available. Enough equipment to get a great workout and now they can open the garage doors which creates a great atmosphere.
