Some of the equipment is well used. Not enough treadmikks. Joe is awesome
Joe does a great job with this gym creating a personalized environment and has everything you need for a good workout. 24hr access is amazing!
My husband and I met with Joe recently and joined the gym together. We received a follow up phone call that same day to set up our assessment appointment. We then met with John who handled the assessment with care and respect. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He even gave us some weight training exercises that same day! The great thing is, we can have our health insurance pay for our membership too.
It's a smaller gym, so it's not overwhelming or impersonal. There's a real camaraderie that is apparent from the first time we walked in. I've been going 3 times a week for several weeks now... All at different times and I've never had to wait. I really like the set up which allows me to be in one area lifting weights, for example, while classes are going on in the next room. And they have a lot of classes! There are lots of choices to really individualize your workout.
Everything you would need or want is there. Cardio, weights, classes, personal training, nutritional and fitness challenges. Plus, It's great to be in a gym where there is 24 hr access that is secure.

I’ve been coming here since it opened and love it. It’s clean and comfortable. The classes are awesome. Joe is a great trainer and has helped me reach my goals without being to in your face. Will be a member long term!
By far the best gym I've ever been too. Best part is, it's not a franchise, it's a private owned gym. They have quite a few trainers that don't over charge their clients. It's never crowded. I wish I would have heard about this gym a lot sooner. I LOVE this gym and the owner is super sweet. Another good thing, there's NO hidden fees!
