Gift to our community, that's what this office turned out to be! Busy place too. The intake person was a bit brisk (Not RUDE), but the doctor was GREAT and answered all my questions. Just a really lovely person and NOT my usual experience with doctors. And person who processed the end of my appt also was very thorough and kind. Even the new prescription was picked up at the end of the waiting room was just lovely and answered my questions about getting glasses even though I didn't choose to buy them there.
Give yourself the gift of this place and DO NOT WAIT -------- the glasses place specified the problem over FIVE YRS AGO and I've put it off due to fear and being overwhelmed, today finding out IT WAS NO ISSUE for me to deal with other than with drops. I HATE I waited so long. DO NOT WAIT, if you're reading this. Just go.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15pm and within 20 minutes thereafter, I was ushered to the back and into an exam room. The tech I had was polite and engaging as she went through the eye exam. Soon after, I was taken to another room where Dr. Montesanti would give the eye exam. Within a couple of minutes the Doctor arrived with a friendly greeting and promptly conducted the exam. The staff is friendly and courteous and I would recommend ECVA for your eye care needs.

A very positive experience. Appointment wait time was minimal. Office staff was accomodating and efficient. My technician was knowledgeable and polished. Dr. Hammersmith is the consumate health care provider, professionally skilled and personable. A credit to his profession.
