  I would love to give a SPECIAL shout out to the complete staff here at the Vistara Apartment community. Shanell, Matthew, Kevin, Derrick, Donny are so AMAZING. The staff has been very attentive to our needs. We could have not asked for better people to guide us on our new community home. We love it here and would highly recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a great place to live. It’s clean, well kept on so many levels. This is definitely my Peace.

  BEST APARTMENT/ MANAGEMENT EVER.
  If I could give this place 1000 stars I would, my girlfriend and I moved here in dec of 2021. They have been nothing but clean, kind and professional. I have no idea why people are mad at management. They have taken care of us since day 1.
  It’s a safe, clean area.
  All the residents are cool as hell too.
  Gilbert is an up and coming area.
  Vistara is the sh*t.

  This place is awesome to live at with all of the added amenities! When something breaks in the amenities or in my apartment Derrick and the guys in maintenance are speedy, friendly, and great workers to resolve any issues. The maintenance team can be seen all over the complex and are totally willing for a quick a talk. Thank you Derrick and the guys for everything!

  I recently moved into Vistara from a Mark Taylor property. So far, my experience has been AMAZING! Donny in maintenance has addressed all of my requests in a timely manner and shows professionalism and kindness. I always know I can count on him! Matthew in the leasing office was so helpful during my move-in and always has a smile on his face! I feel like I’m home here at Vistara 😊

  Had a few work orders put in. Derrick came by and quickly solved the issue. He also went out of his way to fix the water pressure from my sink that just started acting up. He solved the issue and change the required part right away. 5 star service.

  Your stuff is safe here and the monthly fees on a unit are very reasonable compared to other storage places

  This is such a great place to store your stuff. Donna is the nicest lady ever. She's a pleasure every time you deal with her. I recommend everyone use this storage mall when you need a place to store things. LoVe LoVe LoVe this place! Donna rules!

  Renting at The Storage Mall has been a great experience! Donna was super helpful in the office and the units and facility were super clean. It is easy to access with the gate. The wide and paved driveways are easy to get my truck around. Highly suggest this facility if you are in the Niagara Falls area!
