“In an attempt to save travel expense, as Walter's Equipment Service is close to an hour from my restaurant, I called another local company. The bearings in my hood fan were bad and making a lot of noise. The service man explained that it would either take seven hours to repair or I could purchase a new unit. Both costing around $1500. I decided to call Kyle for a second opinion. He had it fixed in half an hour. True story. I no longer worry about the travel expense. They are well worth it.”

My daughter lives in Utica, who was the student, and I live in Rochester. Since I live in Rochester and they only accept cash and paper checks for payment, worked with me so that I did not have to go to Utica to make the payments. Once my daughter starting driving lessons D.J made her feel comfortable, taught her how to drive on the highway, in addition to what she needed to learn for the road test. D.J was kind enough to call me with a progress report after her first lesson and immediately after she took the road test.
