(September 11, 2018, 7:34 pm)This is the only place to take your European car. Ralph is truly a Master at diagnosing, repairing and maintaining these machines. He and his hand picked team produce the highest quality work around without question, and they do it for a fraction of the dealer cost.
As an engineer, I can attest for the expertise you can expect. They are the best equipped shop in the area, and have extensive knowledge in all makes,models, and years, with the ability to analyze even the latest of automotive computer technology.
As a long time friend of Ralph and Michelle, and as a previous EIR employee, I can attest for their honesty, character and professionalism. There is no better company to take your vehicle. -

(July 30, 2018, 10:11 am)On Friday I went for an oil service and a front brake replacement with rotors. I was in and out within 90 minutes. I have been servicing my BMW’s with them for over 4 years and they have yet to let me down in a anyway. They are honest and deliver as promised. I have always left with a smile on my face. I Highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants top notch maintenance done on their luxury vehicles.

(May 1, 2018, 9:04 am)I’ve known Ralph since 2004 and then Michele later on, after my warrant ran out, he’s the only one I truly trusted with my vehicles to always give me a honest and fair price for whatever work I needed. He is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to anything and everything about foreign cars. He and Michele have always been very professional whenever I was there for any kind of service. I would highly recommend European Import Repair to anyone looking for excellent service and advice.
